FIRM Foundation is the web-based platform upon which the FIRM Engineering and FIRM Operations modules rest.

It enables managers, engineers and maintenance personnel to:

FIRM Foundation consolidates in a standardized format AC and DC power information, even from heterogeneous systems, for assets such as Rectifiers, Power Boards, Batteries, UPS, Battery Strings, Power Distribution Service Cabinet (PDSC), Engine Alternator, Battery Distribution Fuse Bay (BDFB), Converters, Inverters, Monitor/Control Device.

Designed to serve networks of all sizes, from dozens to thousand of sites, it helps you make better and faster decisions, boost your department's overall performance, and prevent and/or control crises before they get out of hand.

FIRM Foundation is a vendor-agnostic solution: it works with what you already have in place and what you will acquire in the future by extracting data from standalone remote monitoring units, then transferring it to its own data warehouse. This data helps document all your operations and create a history that can be processed to give you a complete overview of your network.

FIRM Foundation connects to units that communicate through proprietary communication protocols on an Ethernet or switched (dialup) network and standard industry protocols such as SNMP on an Ethernet network. It allows you to generate exhaustive on-demand, real-time reports from its data warehouse. Wherever data originates from across the entire network, it is readily accessible and fully configurable for instant processing into standardized or needs-specific reports.
