Remote monitoring can take 3 forms

Reactive Monitoring - strict minimum

  • Monitor alarms only
  • Wait for alarms and then dispatch immediately

Proactive Monitoring - much better

  • Monitor alarms AND analog values
  • Wait for alarm and then investigate root cause of alarm
  • Dispatch only if needed

Preemptive Monitoring - best in class

  • Automate monitoring of alarms AND analog values
  • Automatically receive notification when threshold or capacities are reached
  • Dispatch crews during regular business hours to fix issues BEFORE they become critical.

Each of Multitel's remote monitors offer common monitoring and control functions like power and battery capacity, access and safety, environmental alarms and AC supply. Multitel monitors provide expandable designs, flexible configurations and cross-functional workflow for proactive remote site monitoring to drive down operating expenses in maintenance, provisioning, engineering and surveillance.
