FIRM CommServer is a platform that extracts data from standalone remote monitoring units and transfers them to the FIRM Data Warehouse. FIRM CommServer thereby helps to document all your operations and create a history that can be processed with a view to putting planning on solid footing. Depending on communication protocol, Multitel proposes two types of servers.

Legacy Commserver 

Legacy CommServer communicates with telemetry components via a proprietary communication protocol on an Ethernet, serial or switched (dialup) network.

Enterprise Commserver

Enterprise CommServer integrates telemetry via standard industry protocols such as SNMP on an Ethernet network.
