FIRM CommServer is a platform that extracts data from standalone remote monitoring units and transfers them to the FIRM Data Warehouse. FIRM CommServer thereby helps to document all your operations and create a history that can be processed with a view to putting planning on solid footing. Depending on communication protocol, Multitel has two types of servers with which it can meet your needs.
Legacy Commserver
Legacy CommServer communicates with telemetry components via a proprietary communication protocol on an Ethernet, serial or switched (dialup) network.
Enterprise Commserver
Enterprise CommServer integrates telemetry via standard industry protocols such as SNMP on an Ethernet network.
